Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We currently do offer international shipping.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or regulations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at brosllc2022@gmail.com within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
